In my day to day, I work as a senior manager for a billing team at a tech company, which means I had a ton of questions about process, contracts, and the nitty gritty about the money side of things. Ann encouraged this curiosity, took it in stride, and worked swiftly and transparently to ensure I had the answers to all my questions. She did this both through utilizing the team at Cloud City Homes who had years of expertise, and brought in external partners to support in areas outside of Cloud City Home's area. This included the most incredible Lender partnership, as well as an HOA contract expert who broke everything down to me in the most digestible way.
My favorite things about Ann that made this home buying process a dream was her desire to understand me, to learn along the way with me, and to advocate fiercely for me. She always would tell me that I get to set the pace for this process, which made me feel so grounded and safe in moving through everything in the way I needed and wanted. Ann would say "If you want to run, we can run. If you want to walk, we can walk. If you want to take a break, let's take a break."I felt in control in the ways I needed to, while feeling supported by Ann in everything else. If anyone had hesitations about working with her due to her being newer to this business, I would argue that this was actually the highlight of working with her. She's ready to work hard, has a whole team who are supporting and championing her on and ensuring that nothing gets missed. If you want an experience tailored to you, led by the ultimate cheerleader and guide, I cannot recommend Ann more. I'd work with her again in a heartbeat.”

Hi, I’m Ann, an East Coast native now proudly rooted in West Seattle, where I live with my partner Craig and our adorable rescue pup, Kumo. I’ve always been drawn to the water, and there’s something about the rhythm of the coast, the calm it brings, and the beauty it inspires that continues to ground me—both personally and professionally.
Before stepping into the world of real estate, I spent years thriving in high-pressure, fast-paced industries—including theater, film, and fashion. As an actress and model represented by TCM Agency, I’ve appeared on national TV and worked with premiere brands where performance, precision, and professionalism were non-negotiable. These experiences shaped how I show up: calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and fully present in every interaction.
I have a passion for curating beautiful, intentional spaces and helping people see not just what a home is, but what it can be. I’ve always had an eye for design, whether styling a set, staging a room, or imagining the full potential of a property. My creative background allows me to approach each listing and client relationship with originality, insight, and care.
