An option for sellers that want to dip their toe, so to speak, in the waters of the market verses cannonballing and making a splash. Finally, there are options for everyone.
In Seattle’s competitive real estate market, Compass Private Exclusive gives you the option to sell your home discreetly before it ever hits the MLS.
Your property is shared exclusively within the Compass network, which includes top agents and their motivated buyers across the Seattle metro area and beyond. It won’t appear on public websites, so you maintain privacy and control throughout the process. We are now permitted to share the home with the public on our own terms. Local agents, friends, family, and those with specific interest.
This approach is ideal for Seattle homeowners who want to:
Keep the sale confidential (e.g. during life transitions or tenant occupancy)
Test buyer interest without adding “days on market”
