What We Loved About Living Here:
This neighborhood is perfect for walking, running, or cycling. We love strolling through the quiet streets and chatting with neighbors along the way. The sunrise views of Mount Rainier are breathtaking, and the sunsets over the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains are truly unmatched. On more adventurous days, we’ll wander down to Lincoln Park or even all the way to Alki.
Inside the home, the bright, spacious living room has been one of our favorite places to host friends and family. The house itself is generously sized making it easy and comfortable when guests come to stay.
One of my favorite memories in this home is from the big gatherings my parents used to host. They would push all the living‑room furniture against the walls to create a huge dance floor, and the house would fill with music, food, and laughter late into the night. It didn’t need to be a special occasion — any weekend was reason enough to celebrate.
The backyard feels private and peaceful, making it an ideal spot for summer BBQs or simply enjoying a warm Seattle evening.
The landscaping is well‑established and thoughtfully designed, offering both privacy and low‑maintenance, drought‑tolerant plantings that thrive throughout the year.
Nature is everywhere here—from bunnies and squirrels playing in the yard to eagles soaring overhead.
Public transit is incredibly convenient, with a bus stop just a few houses away making it easy to get around without needing to drive.
We love this part of West Seattle because it strikes the perfect balance: close to everything you need, yet just far enough away to feel removed from the bustle.
