The moment we stepped through the door, we fell in love with this home. It instantly felt like ours. When our offer was accepted, we were overjoyed, eager to begin building our life here. We envisioned years of cherished memories unfolding within these walls.
In 2022, I was presented with the opportunity to pursue my dream job at a company I deeply admire. For the past few years, I've had the privilege of working remotely, which allowed us to settle here in Washington. Recently, however, my role transitioned to an in-office position, forcing us to make a difficult choice: remain in my beloved job or relocate to California. After many heartfelt conversations, my spouse and I made the difficult decision to move.

The downstairs room served as a wonderful sanctuary for us, accommodating out-of-town family and friends, and doubling as our home theater room with our large screen TV.
The downstairs room is exceptionally spacious. It functioned as a separate bedroom with a closet and also as a relaxing sitting room.
The home was the ideal size for us. The previous family, also a small family, found it equally comfortable. Spanning two levels, the home feels larger than it might initially appear. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire space.
We love cooking in the kitchen. The updated counters are lovely and easy to clean. The refrigerator is large, and the pull-out freezer is spacious and convenient. The pantry provided ample storage for our dry goods and kitchen appliances.
